Dr. Santosh Jha, B. Com, LL.B, MBA and Ph.D

Director, Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Galgotias University

Dr. Santosh Jha is a distinguished academic leader and digital education strategist with over two decades of rich experience in higher education, academic administration, and online program management. Currently serving as the Director of the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Galgotias University, he spearheads academic delivery, regulatory compliance, and strategic outreach across national and international markets.

A passionate educator and innovator, Dr. Jha has played a pivotal role in shaping online and distance education ecosystems at prestigious institutions including GLA University, Mathura; Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha; and SRM Group, Chennai. His expertise spans program design, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, faculty management, and building industry-academia collaborations. He has also led initiatives to establish Schools of Vocational Education and Allied Sciences.

Dr. Jha holds a PhD in Management from Kalinga University and an MBA from The Global Open University. His academic journey is further enriched by a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, complementing his multidisciplinary understanding of education, law, and business.

An accomplished researcher, he has contributed to reputed journals with work on topics such as student experience management, brand loyalty, and customer relationship strategies. His authored works include copyrighted training modules and books, notably BEYOND WORDS: On Mastering Body Language in Business Communication.

Dr. Jha is a recipient of numerous awards including the Shiksha Bharti Award, Best Innovator in Academics, and Best Icon in Academic Advising and Strategy . His career is marked by a steadfast commitment to quality education, technological integration, and learner empowerment

Dr. Narendra Mohan Mishra is an Indian academic and administrator with extensive experience in management education. He holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D., MBA, MCA from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), a Diploma in Journalism, and has completed the Faculty Development Programme in Management (FDPM) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA).

Dr. Mishra has served as the Dean and Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), NCR Campus. Prior to this role, he was a Professor in the Operations and Information Technology area at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. His professional journey also includes positions such as Associate Professor at IMT Nagpur and Director at UNIQUE Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad.

His research interests encompass knowledge management, operations management, and information technology. Dr. Mishra has contributed to various scholarly articles, including studies on applying lean thinking to higher education and knowledge management practices in business.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Mishra is a certified cybersecurity expert by SAP University, Google and serves as a member of the Academic Advisory Council of NIELIT, Ministry of IT, Government of India.

Ashish is a seasoned growth and transformation leader with 20 years in the consulting industry. He has worked across India and Asia Pacific. His core domain includes business leadership, relationship and team management, go-to-market/demand generation with proven abilities to provide solution and define key metrics to grow business. Excellent track record of top and bottom-line results balanced with customer satisfaction and reference ability. Worked with global leaders in FMCG, Pharma, Durables industry, currently working with a top-notch University, assisting them in their digital journey to achieve/maintain their competitive edge and operational efficiency. Worked across India and SEA. Worked with organizations like, Randstad India, LG Group, Solutions Digitas, DDB Mudra, Teamlease, GLA University.
